| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My major complaint now is i have a 2001 bonneville with a little over 24,000 miles on it. the hood is rusting from the inside out and has blistered up the original factory paint on the leading edge. the dealer is talking about repair with no guarantees. since the problem is obviously an inherent defect with either the steel or the preparation i fear it will continue to happen. my feeling is i should receive, at a minimum, a lifetime guarantee/warranty and preferably a new hood. |
