| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Vehicle was purchased 4/11/02. when i took the car in for its first oil change, i was told the head gasket on the 2.4l engine was leaking and it was recommended i take it to the dealer for a replacement. the dealer informed me the warranty was for 3 years or 36,000 and the best they could do was replace the head gasket for $630. i declined preferring to take it to someone i trust. i have since learned of at least two other people that had to replace their head gaskets at less than 60,000 miles. |
