| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The 13 year old in the back seat behind the passenger was buckled. the impact happend on the passenger side behind the driver's seat (so opposite of the child). some how he was suspened by the seatbelt in the back of my trunk. he bent the head rest in half, and the seat was still in place. he still was buckled and some how he ended up in the trunk. he is alive and has a few bruises and seatbelt burns around his stomach area, but it is a miracle his back and neck are okay. |
