| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have had my car in so many times to even count. 9 times since may 28th for the suspension. they have replaced cv joint 3 times, struts, axle suspensions all on the left side. friday, july 11th the have replaced the right side. and yesterday jyly 14th the cracking noise is back. the exact noise it has been in the shop for many times. which i believe have caused my tires to go bald. but ford does not believe this. |
