| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I purchased the car from fairway toyota of albany, ga. the car is financed through motor finance of jacksonville, fl. my payments per month are $315.25 for 30 months starting from july 2002. i have had a mechanic to look at my car and i was told that the car transmission is slipping and it could get worst. i feel like car dealership already knew this and i got stuck with the lemon that i have paid more for the car than what it is worth. i did not have the best of credit when i purchase the car, however it doesn't give them the right to take advantage of people. i have paid $4,098.25 and i still owe atleast $5000.00. i tried to go and get another car and the car dealership informed me that i've paid more for the car than what it is worth. |
