Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: The most common problems with the transmission are poor shifting qualities and sudden locks into second gear.also the transmission never shifts into third gear. this adds more stress to the engine.i contacted chrysler about this problem.i was told that the vehicle had exceeded the allowed mileage and or warranty, and there was nothing that they could do.i have since written to the president of chrysler, and have had no response from him yet. i don't want to let chrysler get away with poor engineering decisions.
