| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Side sliding door handle broke off when opening door. pin that sheared off and that door pivots on appears to be made of plastic. these doors normally are powered open. due to problem with switch door would only open manually. when opening manually these doors take considerably more force to open than a normal sliding door. with my little experience opening manually i apparently pulled too hard! this seems to me to be a flaw in the design of the handle. |
