| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The headlight assembly has become very cloudy significantly reducing visibility at night thereby creating a safety hazard. i work in the automotive textile fabric division of a company that does business with chrysler, as well as other mfg. and our fabrics must meet stringent lightfastness requirements as specified by the oem. (by the way the seats look great) the plastics industry should be subject to even higher requirements as this poses a significant safety hazard. i consider chrysler liable for not having stringent enough requirments to prohibit this from happening. just think $ 550 to fix this, replace headlight assembly is obsurd when the manufacture didn't do their homework!! |
