| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: This is our third mercury marquis - and we love them - but both the 1999 model and especially this 2003 model has a serious paint problem. our last two cars have been white and we barely got them home when the paint, especially on the front and rear bumpers, began to peel. what, if anything, is mercury doing about this unsightly, annoying, and frustrating problem??? we are not class action types but, after putting up with this for several years, we are ready to revolt! |
