| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Request nhtsa to review letter to determine if a recall or safety bulletin should be issued for carlisle radial st tires. *ph since purchase, the consumer experienced gross failure of all 7 tires and have replaced them all. the latest failure and subsequent failure revealed that all remaining carlisle tires were separating tread from the casing. the tire seemed to have disintegrated while being driven on the highway. it tore away so violently that it damaged underneath the trailer. others have experienced this problem as well with carlisle tires.
