| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Left rear leaf sprng snapped while driving casually on central street in winchendon. the sprng subsequently beat up agains the gas tank. the dealer, norm wagner toyota volksswagen refused to accept any responsbilty for the repairs the vehicle had about 4100 miles on it at the time. i would consider this a major problem when this happens as the gas tank could have ruptured causing several possible accidents. *ak |
