Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Ford excursion 2002, blew out spark plug through piston cap,.. after $5000.00 in fixes, i went to pick it up, and it blew up again on the way home from the dealership. i lost power on the freeway going 65 miles per hour, and almost crashed. ford was not at all helpful, and even though i am a very good customer, could care less about me, the danger of the v10 engine blow ups, or about their customers lives.... is their any way you guys could make them do the right thing ??? isn't there any law or organization that can help us ??? *la (per 10/24/2005 phone call with consumer: no crash, no injuries, no fire, no property damage other than engine damage - c. rose) |
