| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Both front windshields worked themselves out of the rubber gasket around the windshields. consumer has a concern that the windshields may not stay properly in place while driving at high speed and/or in inclement conditions. manufacturer was notified. *ak the rv was taken to a glass company who indicated that the glass was too large for the opening and refuse to attempt repair. another glass company stated that the curvature of the glass didn't match the curvature of the body. they also refused to repair the glass. the manufacturer will only perform no warranty work at the plant during winter months (jan, feb, march). the consumer believes this problem is a design flaw. *nm |
