Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: There are various ongoing problems with the 2003 gmc envoy slt xl.*mr fuel flows out of the tank when pumping. the dealer had told the consumer to pump slowly, they replaced the emission canister vent solenoids, replaced the tank neck/hose and replaced the left tank. although these components have been replaced the problem still exist. the service manager came across a service bulletin that indicated there was a problem with the envoy like the consumer experienced. he stated he would order the filler upper pipe assembly and lower hose assembly. if this repair does not alleviate the problem the consumer request a refund or a replacement vehicle. *nm
