| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: On or about august 30, 2004, the fuel rail on my 1995 oldsmobile aurora developed a leak and flooded the engine compartment with raw gasoline. i immediately took the vehicle to the local authorized oldsmobile dealer in seward nebraska for repairs. recently i noticed that gm has issued a recall on 1995-1997 auroras with this problem. unfortunately, oldsmobile has determined that my vehicle [xxx] was not included in the recall. since this was a safety related issue, i believe that i should be reimbursed the $474.34 for the cost of the repair. *jb updated 07/25/2012 *js information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u.s.c. 552(b)(6) |
