| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I pruchased a 2002 forest river georgetown motor home from sun coast rv in brunswick ga. i took the motor home into jacksonville dealer to get some minor things fixed. the seal around the windows has shrunk and allow air to come thru the window. the tech at suncoast applied silacone around the window and said that that would take care of the problem. i noticed about 6 months ago the seals had shrunk again allowing more air to come in. i recalled suncoast in jax to alert them of the problem and to see if they can fix the problem by replacing the seals. they have told me that it was not under warrenty any more. but since i had the motorhome in there during the warrenty time period it still should be under warrenty. this has been going on now for over 1 1/2 years and it is still not resolved.*ak |
