| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The vehicle was rear-ended at about 45 mph. the back-end now fishtails, and there's tremendous body-roll with the slightest turn of the steering wheel. body work was completed to repair the beck-end, but no work has been done to the suspension. three separate trips to the dealer's service department claim that the excessive body roll is a charcteristic of the car and that there is no work to be performed. the vehicle is unstable at best, and dangerous while changing lanes at freeway speeds.*ak |
