| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Motorcycle transmission will find a false neutral between second and third gears. also pops out of third gear on occasion. can create a very hazardous condition, injury, death if the transmission fails or pops out of gear at a critical time. dealer has been notified multiple times and even test rode the machine, but didn't experience any problems. they told me that only in the event of a failure would they fix the transmission. at the time my motorcycle was under an extended warranty. i believe that warranty has since expired.*ak |
