| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I purchased a 2003 dodge stratus coupe. from date of purchase, the passenger window did not seal properly. i have taken the car in to be repaired 3 times by the dealer i purchased it from. however, after 3 times, they were unable to solve the problem. i had to take it to another dodge dealer, which required 2 more attempts to solve the problem, requiring a complete replacement of the window glass. since then, i have had to take it back to get the window stops tightened or replaced.*ak |
