Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: While traveling through heavy rains in the sf bay area my windshield wipers would stop and required a physical push to restart. this caused me to have to blindly make my way to the side of the freeway and stop to restart the wipers. i had the wiper unit replaced under warranty before the 03023 recall. the problems reappeared later and though they are the same as those reported for the 94-98 recall, my '93 c2500 is not covered. numerous other reports on your website indicate this was a '93 problem as well. please include these vehicles in the recall before someone is killed - if there have not already been related deaths. there is no resolution to this for us when we have to pay chevy to fix the problem with another defective part! ps. this is the 2nd entry i've made to your website. i forces me to choose a heavy vehicle model truck and does not show the light vehicle selection as per the instructions. also, the lead in page indicates you can call and your report will be recorded via phone but after a l o n g series of instructions you are ultimately only given the option to record your address for a card to be sent in 2 weeks. it is misleading. *jb
