| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The personnel setting system that you can program your seat position and other functions in has failed on numerous occasions. this causes the seat to shove you into the daschboard or all the way back to the furthest position. i asked gm to fix this and i was given by the service manager at o'connor gmc augusta,maine the print out of a bulletin that states that it is a software problem and there is "no fix available at this time" and it states the technician should do nothing to try to fix this. it is bulletin #04-08-50-016 dated 8/19/04. *ak |
