| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Intermediate steering shaft failure on 2001 oldsmobile aurora. talked to olds numerous times, admitted the problem is so bad that part is on back order for 4 to 6 months. quick fix is a lube kit they have come out with, but it is only a temporary fix. consumer should not have to pay for such a common failure. *nm |
