| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I was in an accident on nov 19th, 2004. driver side airbag was not deployed at the time of accident. there was no passenger in my car, but passenger side airbag deployed. i called honda several times. they do not like to discuss this issue with me. honda is asking for a statement from geico, insurance company. geico is saying this is an issue of car manufacturer. geico provided me photo showing passenger side airbag deployed. honda does not want me to take the vehicle to the dealership where i leased it. i don't feel safe to drive this vehicle. today, jan 24th 2005, i spoke with mr. armen yerzatian @ 800-999-1009 x118141. he is a supervisor @ customer service. he told me there is nothing he or honda can do if they don't receive a statement from insurance company, geico. *nm |
