| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I purchased a britax marathon car seat in nov 2004. there was a recall on the strap that the sellers did not inform us and we had to deal with manufacturer. safety was not the first issue on britax's mind when approaching our concerns. i told them that slippage is occurring and the representative kept saying that "it really shouldn't because the manufacturing date is after the recall period" and there is nothing that she can do! i am not using the seat any longer. can britax ignore the consumer's complaints? is there anything that i can do?*ak |
