| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2000 chevrolet suburban. truck refused to start-would finally start, then stall immediately. took several tries to get truck running. took to dealer-$800 to install new fuel pump. 2 weeks later, same problem. back to dealer, new fuel filter (second in two months) and fuel injection cleaning. i researched internet and found that there is a problem with fuel pump. confronted dealership who then admitted that there is a problem with fuel pump--and that they have to replace 2 - 3 per week. *ak |
