| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I purchased my vechicle in july of 2003. in august of 2003 with about 20,000 miles on it my front brakes had to be replaced. i thought brakes should last much longet than that. the dealership replaced the brakes for me and i chose less expensive ones(180.00) not cheap. he told me they would squeak. ok so they squeaked for months and this past week my rear brakes went bad. i questioned that i have not even had this 1.5 years and have had to replace both front and rear brakes(300.00). he told me they do not make them like they used to. i would expect them to be better today. i am very dissappointed in this van. i will probably never buy a chrysler again considering i have already spent 500.00 on the brakes.*ak |
