| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: A/c heater problems since car was new, control head replaced three times. entire a/c system replaced by reputable independant auto/truck a/c company @ 60k miles. this independant company indicates that it's widely known in the industry that chrysler a/c systems are expected to fail @ 60k miles, and we can reasonably expect newly installed system to perform for 60k miles. we've spent over $2000 on the a/c, last month replaced with control head #3 @ chrysler dealer $300.00, still not working right... clear that chrysler really has no clue... system is clearly defective. problem very widespread, ask anyone. most folks just give up, junk or trade. *ak |
