Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: This complaint has to do with what i believe is a defect on all chrysler 300m 1999 thru 2004. my complaint is the defect in the window design that lets the window glass come in contact with just rubber. there is noting between the glass and the rubber. this is what happened to my car twice, and not the same window. my complaint is the glass sticks to the rubber and gets pulled out of its track. all i did was put the window down and it pulled out of the track. the first time that happened the cost to repair was $130. now it has happened again. i am doing nothing wrong just putting the window down. felt should be between the window glass and the rubber. chrysler should pick up the tab on that repair. please help? others are complaining of this same problem in web groups on the internet.*ak
