| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I am the owner of an eddie bauer edgewood lightweight travel system. the car seat portion of the travel system has failed on numerous occasions. the straps that secure the child to the seat have come loose on many occasions, leaving my child unprotected and unsecured. this problem is absolutely unacceptable and the product must be pulled from the market immediately!*ak |
