| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Install plastic cover on driver's side support on cross member and apply felt to left cross member end. check front suspension lower control arms. *bf the consumer requested reimbursement. there was an electrical short that disabled the vehicle and required extensive repairs for smoke and parts/wiring replacement. the electrical short on the driver's side behind the dash resulted in smoke and a strong burning plastic smell. recall# 04v133000. *sc the consumer had to pay to have the rubber boot and upper control arms replaced even though there was a recall for the control arms. *jb |
