| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Child was able to pull up car seat fabric and pick at styrofoam underneath. had to pull over because child put styrofoam in mouth and was gagging on it. contacted evenflo and was given a refund and was told to send carseat to them so they could look at the problem. this was caused by a design flaw on their part and was not due to anything broken or missing pieces. *jb |
