| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Power steering replacement pump is defective. have had 3 install with no correction to problem. 1. steering wheel drags/ lags with minor movement 2. steering wheel shimmies with rapid movement 3. movement creates rubbing and rumbling noise after 3 replacement installations, dealer refuses to further address the issue even after acknowledging the problem still exists. vehicle was brought in under original warranty on 3/11/04 for recall c20 (power steering hose). problems began immediately upon return. this is a safety hazard. *jb |
