| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: We have a 2000 shasta cheyenne class c motorhome which came with firestone tires lt225/75r16. last year we had three blowouts, one which cost over $3,100 to repair damage caused. we only have 18,000 miles on the motorhome and the tires aren't sun damaged. we have been unable to find out if these tires were recalled. also, we have a samsung microwave mr5492w. did not get a letter and the local repair place won't fix it without a letter from samsung. emailed samsung with no response so far. what do we do? |
