Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Less than one month after work was done to my shift bezel, my clutch failed. was 3 months over warranty. tried to go to mediation two times, never recieved a return call. sent a certified letter, and finally after 8 months, i am being offered a 50% refund on the $1911.00 i was charged to fix. i have researched online, and this has happened to hundreds of people, some multiple times. found documentation stating hyundai is aware of the probelm. |
