Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: My 2000 chrysler concord engine began a loud knocking, after taking it to a mechanic, he informed us that the engine was shot (possibly a rod). i have read "coutless" accounts of this problem. i paid for a year and a half for a car i can not even drive. why with so many complaints about these engines isn't something being done? something needs to be done, and amends need to be made. ak
