| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Complaint on behalf of consumer on fatal injuries sustained by their son while in dorel/cosco child safety seat. *bf the child was restrained in the back seat of the vehicle seat in a belted dorel child safety seat model 22-200 frw. the vehicle was involved in a rear end collision with another vehicle which caused the drivers seat to collapse backward. the seat struck the child who was inadequately protected by the child seat although he was properly belted and seated in the left rear passenger seat. |
