| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: After cleaning ice off the windshield & wipers. i turned on the wipers & fluid to clean my windshield. when i urned the wipers off, the wipers stopped in an upright position on the windshield. the wipers continued to work, but stopped in the incorrect position. i has since seen at least 5 other intrigues in my area with the same problem. one lady i spoke to, (hers was a 1998), gave me the same scenario as to how her wipers were now in the upright position.*ak |
