| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I bought my super duty f-250 in early march of 2000 and my gem module is failing . i cannot use my door unlock buttons. my driver window fails to go down all the way, and my key fob doesn't work the locks. my complaint is that ford had a recall on this same module up to the year 1999 my truck was ordered from the factory in late december 1999 or early 2000 and is having the same problems that the trucks up to 1999 are having, but because it's a 2000 ford will not cover it.*ak |
