Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: I have a travel system from safety 1st that has the stroller and car seat. the model is 22-325-dta made 06-17-2004. the straps on the car seat are connected in the back of the seat by small metal buckles. these buckles have loosened and the straps have come out of the seat on various occasions. this has happened from movement of the child and from fastening and unfastening. i took the seat to the fire department to see if the straps were properly inserted into the buckles and as far we all can tell it is correct. i am in the process of finding another seat and have emailed the problem to dorel juvenile products. we shall see if anyone does anything. this is not safe and needs to be addressed immediately. the child would not be safe in a crash!!
