| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Problems with a/c and heating system, power steering and transmission on 2003 chrysler town and country minivan. *bf the consumer stated there was a recall regarding the power steering system which was not corrected when the consumer first took the vehicle to the dealer. after the vehicle was returned to the dealership for a third time for the power steering, the consumer was told by the dealer they were unable to make the repairs and that chrysler technical group had been contacted to aid in diagnosing the problem. the consumer was told a special part for the a/c was needed and it would take a couple of days. when the consumer went to pick up t he vehicle on the fourth occasion, the a/c power steering and transmission still was not repaired. *jb |
