Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: When raining the serpentine belt completely disengages. the vehicle will lose power. when the belt comes off the vehicle will jerk to the left. consumer took the vehicle to the dealer, and she was told that there was no solution for this problem, and put the belt back on. there is a manufacturing problem with the dodge caravan. the most common factor is when water touches this belt it will come off. *ak
