Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: While sitting in a drive through window at a restaurant with the vehicle in drive two men entered the rear of the vehicle, shot the consumer, and took the vehicle. consumer was concerned as to how the men entered the rear of vehicle since the vehicle was in gear, and all doors were suppose to be secured. after receiving the vehicle back dealer made the necessary repairs, and told the consumer that the automatic locks were programmed by the consumer, even though the manual stated they were programmed from the factory. consumer programmed the locks, and they worked for three days. then, consumer took the vehicle back to the dealer, and they programmed the locks. it lasted for three weeks, and then changed again, allowing the rear locks to allow entry when the vehicle was in gear. this process continues, and the vehicle locks were still defective.*ak |
