| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My 2001 gmc sierra has a tendency to use oil. it happens after about 3000 kms after an oil change. i brought it up to the service department at the dealership and they told me to try a different brand of oil. i also complained about my truck rolls ahead when i start it in cold weather. they said that this is normal. that is their answer for everything!!! as far as i am concerned, when a vehicle is in park it should not move when you start it!!!! *jb |
