| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Brakes jutter and need repair every 5,000 miles. car has had rotors turns, pad replaced, rotors replaced. the first failure was noted with 5,000 miles on it and a repair was made. a repair was again made at 11,000 miles at that time new rotors were installed and another repair was made in march 2005 at 16,000 miles. i called nissan and was told by their representative that the fixes were "counter-measures" and that at this time no permanent fix has been identified and there is no date for a permanent fix to this safety problem.*ak |
