Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Contact states: newly built car seat with detachable base that sticks makes it extremely hard to remove. you have to remove this carefully or it will not be removed from base. currently, seat is stuck in base, and will not move from base. spoke with evenflo who did not offer to do anything because it was out of warranty, and no repairs have been made. contact felt there was no safety concern for the children. *ak
