| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the consumer purchased her vehicle in 2001 and has already had to replace the rear brakes. the dealer had to replace the entire braking system because the brakes pads were worn. the consumer was told to bring the vehicle back in about 3000 miles for a recheck. in sept. 2004 she took the vehicle into firestone for an oil change. they checked the brakes and told the consumer that everything was rusted and needed to be replaced. the rear brakes were replaced in march 2005. *nm |
