Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: I own a 2001 gmc sierra pickup and have a concern about the recent investigation you are doing on the brakes fading at slow speeds. over the winter this vehicle started doing the same thing. less than 10 mph it acts like the antilock brakes are kicking in except the difference is it wont stop. you must quickly pump the pedal and then the brakes work. i am told this is a very expensive repair and my hopes are that there will be a recall and gm will have to pick up the tab. can you tell me if this is a possibility in the near future or should i have them repaired and hope it doesn't happen again? i would be more than happy to let your investigators inspect my truck as it is not a random issue. it will happen every time you brake less than 10 mph. thank you. jeff newkirk fort wayne in. 260 627-3350 260 413-1116
