| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 1999 chevrolet malibu suddenly accelerated while the brakes were depressed. *mr while in park, the rpms advanced to 2600. when placed into drive the vehicle would gain speed to 45-50 mph on flat ground with foot off of brake and accelerator. there were incidents of running through a red light with difficulty slowing down and suddenly accelerating almost hitting a bicyclist. the original iac valve (intake air temperature) with a new original gm iac valve. the last incident occurred after the iac repair. *sc |
