Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have severe outside shoulder wear on both front tires of my 2005 dodge magnum, vin [xxx], more on the driver's side than the passenger. chrysler has replaced the tires once, and aligned four times, but the problem still comes back within 600 miles. without rotating, my tires would only last about 8000 miles. the car also exhibits enough steering wheel "feedback" on road seems to cause loss of control to anyone "new" to driving this car. the chrysler district representative has driven this car and claims this is normal. i do not agree! he also claims that severe vibration at various highway speeds and braking conditions is normal. in heavy highway traffic, light braking will make it difficult to stay in my proper lane. once again, i cannot agree with chrysler. thank you, [xxx] ps - i retained two of the original tires that were on the car when delivered. these were replaced by tires i purchased from the dealer. *js information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u.s.c. 552(b)(6) |
