| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: transmission; while sitting at a stop light when the light changes and hits the gas it falls out of gear, and then it makes a noise when it goes back into gear. caller does not do anything but take his foot off brake and onto gas pedal. it does not do it all the time, but he does not know when its going to happen. dealer says if they can't duplicate the problem they can't fix it. so they say there is no problem. manufacturer was called, and they did not return call. consumer called them again, and they sent a service representative. he said if they can't duplicate the problem they can't fix it. also the air bag light keeps coming on and off.*ak |
